• Navigate to: Shopify Admin → Apps → Popup and Disclaimer → Logs
• The Logs page helps merchants monitor and track all popup interactions across the store. Each entry in the table represents a single popup activity performed by a visitor.

View Popup Activity

Track popup performance and visitor interactions in real time. The logs table displays detailed information including:

• Date & Time
• Popup Name
• Popup Position
• User Action
• Email Address
• IP Address

This helps merchants analyze customer engagement and monitor popup behavior across different store locations.

Search & Filter Logs

Use the search bar to quickly find specific popup records by:

• Popup Title
• Action Type
• Email Address
• IP Address

You can also filter logs based on popup positions such as:

• Sitewide
• Maintenance
• Product Page
• Add to Cart
• Buy Now
• Exit Intent
• Custom URLs
• Newsletter

Export Logs

Click the Export CSV button to download popup activity data for reporting, tracking, or analysis purposes.
