  • After clicking the Create Popup button, a pop-up window will appear displaying multiple pre-designed pop-up templates.

This template library is designed to help you quickly create professional pop-ups without building everything from scratch.

Each template includes:

  • A preview image of the pop-up
  • Template title
  • Short description explaining its purpose
  • A Use Template button
  • You can browse through the available templates and select the one that best fits your store’s requirements.

Start From Scratch

After clicking Use Template, the merchant is redirected to the popup settings page with a blank popup structure that can be fully customized.

Basics

The Basics section contains the primary popup configuration settings. These settings control the popup activation, layout structure, and scheduling behavior on the storefront.

Popup Status

The Popup Status setting allows merchants to enable or disable the popup on the storefront.

Enable Popup

When enabled:

  • The popup becomes active
  • The popup can appear to visitors based on configured targeting and trigger conditions

When disabled:

  • The popup remains inactive
  • Visitors will not see the popup

This setting is useful when merchants want to temporarily pause a popup campaign without deleting its configuration.

Layout

The Layout section allows merchants to select the popup design structure.

  • Different layouts help display popup content and images in different positions.

Available Layouts:

  • Center Modal
  • Left Image
  • Right Image

Scheduling (Pro Plain)

The Scheduling section allows merchants to define a specific active period for the popup.

Enable Scheduling

When enabled:

  • Merchants can set a start date and end date
  • The popup automatically activates and deactivates during the selected schedule

Content

The Content section allows merchants to customize the popup text, buttons, and images displayed to visitors.

Popup Content

The Popup Content area controls the main popup messaging.

Popup Buttons

The Popup Buttons section controls the popup call-to-action buttons.

Primary Button Label

  • Allows merchants to customize the main popup button text.

Enable Secondary Button

Allows merchants to display an additional button inside the popup.

Popup Images

  • The Popup Images section allows merchants to upload popup visuals.

Popup Content Image

  • Uploads the main image shown inside the popup.

Popup Background Image

  • Sets a background image for the popup layout.

Targeting

The Targeting section controls when and where the popup should appear on the storefront.

Popup Trigger

The Popup Trigger setting controls how the popup is triggered.

Display Position

  • Defines where the popup should appear on the storefront.
  • Site Wide
  • Add to Cart
  • Buy Now
  • Maintenance Mode
  • Product Page(Pro)
  • Exit Intent(Pro)
  • Custom URLs

Site Wide

  • This option displays the popup across the entire storefront.
  • Popup can appear on any page (home, product, collection, etc.)
  • Other targeting rules (country, device, audience) still apply

Add to Cart

This trigger shows the popup when a customer adds a product to the cart.

When selected, a Page Targeting dropdown appears with:

  • Products
  • Collections

If Products is selected:

  • A Select Products button appears
  • The merchant can choose specific products

If Collections is selected:

  • A Select Collection button appears
  • Merchant selects collections

Buy Now

This trigger shows the popup when a user clicks the “Buy Now” button.

Page Targeting

  • Products
  • Collections
  • Select Products (for product-based targeting)
  • Select Collection (for category-based targeting)

Maintenance Mode

This trigger activates the popup when the store is in maintenance mode.

Product Page (Pro)

This option shows the popup only on product detail pages.

Product Targeting

  • Products
  • Collections
  • Select Products (for product-based targeting)
  • Select Collection (for category-based targeting)

Exit Intent (Pro)

This popup appears when a user is about to leave the page.

Custom URLs

This option allows popup display on specific URLs only.

Enter Custom URL

  • Input field to enter a URL manually

Country Targeting

The Country Targeting section controls popup visibility based on visitor location.

Restrict by Country

  • Allows merchants to show the popup only in selected countries.

Audience

The Audience section controls which users and devices can view the popup.

Audience Visibility

The Audience Visibility setting allows merchants to limit popup visibility to logged-in customers only.

When enabled:

  • Only logged-in customers can see the popup
  • Guest visitors will not see the popup

Device Visibility

The Device Visibility section controls which devices can display the popup.

Available Options

All Devices

Displays the popup on:

  • Desktop
  • Mobile
  • All Devices
  • Click on Save Settings.
