Create Redeem Rules

• To allow customers to redeem loyalty points, you need to create redemption rules.
• Go to Admin Dashboard → Apps → myCred Loyalty Points & Reward.
• Click on Redeem Points.

• Once you click on Redeem Points, the Redeem Rules page will be displayed.
• If no rules are created, you will see an empty state.
• Click on the Add Redemption Rule button.

• A pop-up will open showing different redemption options.
• From this pop-up, select how customers can redeem their points.

Available Redeem Options

• Discount Coupon
• Free Shipping
• Free Product (Standard Plan)
• Discount on Specific Product (Pro Plan)
• Dynamic Discount (Pro Plan)

Discount Coupon

• Reward customers with a discount coupon in exchange for points.
• Click on Add Redemption Rule.
• From the pop-up, select Discount Coupon.

• Once selected, you will be redirected to the configuration page.

Configure:

• Points Required (e.g., 100 points)
• Discount Value (fixed or percentage)
• Usage conditions (optional)
• Set Status = Active.
• Click Save to apply the rule.

Front-End Impact (Discount Coupon)

• Go to the website.
• Log in to your account.
• Click on the Loyalty Widget.
• Click on Ways to Redeem.

• Select Discount Coupon.

You will see:

• Required points
• Discount value
• Click Redeem.

• Points will be deducted
• A coupon code will be generated

• Go to checkout and apply the coupon.

Free Shipping

• Allow customers to redeem points for free shipping.
• Click on Add Redemption Rule.
• Select Free Shipping from the pop-up.

Configure:

• Points Required
• Maximum Shipping Amount
• Minimum purchase amount
• Redemption Labels
• Notification Banner Message

• Set Status = Active.
• Click Save.

Front-End Impact (Free Shipping)

• Log in to the website.
• Open the Loyalty Widget.
• Go to Ways to Redeem.

• Select Free Shipping.

• Click Redeem.

• Points will be deducted
• Free shipping will be applied at checkout

Free Product (Standard Plan)

• Allow customers to redeem points for a free product.
• Click on Add Redemption Rule.
• Select Free Product.

Configure:

• Select product
• Points Required

• Set Status = Active.
• Click Save.

Front-End Impact (Free Product)

• Log in to the website.
• Open the Loyalty Widget.
• Go to Ways to Redeem.
• Select Free Product.

• Click Redeem.
• Points will be deducted
• Coupon applied at checkout

Discount on Specific Product (Pro Plan)

• Allow customers to get a discount on selected products.
• Click on Add Redemption Rule.
• Select Discount on Specific Product.

Configure:

• Select product
• Set discount Type (Fixed Amount, Percentage)
• Points Required
• Redemption Labels
• Notification Banner Message

• Set Status = Active.
• Click Save.

Front-End Impact (Discount on Specific Product)

• Log in to the website.
• Open the Loyalty Widget.
• Go to Ways to Redeem.
• Select the reward.
• Click Redeem.
• Points will be deducted
• Discount will apply on selected product

Dynamic Discount (Pro Plan)

• Allow customers to convert points into flexible discount values.
• Click on Add Redemption Rule.
• Select Dynamic Discount.
• Enter the Name of the rule (default: Dynamic Discount).

Points Redemption

This section defines how points are converted into a discount value.

Configure the following:

• Base Points – Enter the base number of points (e.g., 100)
• Dollar Value for Base Points – Define the discount value for base points (e.g., $0.01)

Redemption Limits

You can restrict how many points a customer can redeem:

• Enable Minimum Points to Redeem – Set a minimum limit
• Enable Maximum Points to Redeem – Set a maximum limit

Redemption Labels

Customize how messages appear on the storefront:

• Redeem Shop Page Label
  Example: Redeem {points} points for custom discount (${discount_value} per base points)
• Reward Label
  Example: Dynamic Discount
• Notification Banner Message (Standard Plan required)
  Example: {points} points redeemed for ${discount_value} discount

• Set Status = Active.
• Click Save.

Front-End Impact (Dynamic Discount)

• Log in to the website.
• Open the Loyalty Widget.
• Go to Ways to Redeem.
• Select Dynamic Discount.
• Enter points to redeem.
• System will calculate discount automatically.
• Points will be deducted
• Discount will be applied at checkout
