Addons

The Upsell Add-On allows merchants to offer one or more complementary products alongside the main product. Merchants can configure the add-on title, where it appears, product quantity, discount, styling, and other customer-facing options.

• Add-on Name: Allows the merchant to enter an internal name for identifying the upsell add-on. This name is mainly used within the admin panel.
• Add-on Title: Defines the main heading displayed to customers for the upsell offer, such as Complementary products.
• Badge: Allows the merchant to add a short promotional label or badge, such as SPECIAL or NEW.
• Subtitle: Allows the merchant to add supporting text below the title, such as Pairs well with this product, to encourage customers to purchase the add-on.

• Add-on appears on: Determines which products will display the upsell add-on.
  • All Products allows the add-on to appear across all products.
  • Specific Products: llows the add-on to appear only on the products selected by the merchant. 
  • Collections: Allows the add-on to appear on products that belong to the collections selected by the merchant.
• Quantity selector: When enabled, customers can choose the quantity of the add-on product they want to purchase.
• Include add to cart button: Adds an Add to Cart button to the upsell section, allowing customers to add the selected add-on directly to their cart.
• Let customer choose different variants for each item: Allows customers to select different variants, such as size or color, for the add-on product.

Allows the merchant to configure the products that will be offered as upsells.

• Option 1: Represents the first add-on product configured for the upsell offer. Additional options can be added using Add Option.
• Product: Allows the merchant to select the product that will be offered as an add-on.
• Change: Allows the merchant to replace the currently selected add-on product with another product.
• Remove: Removes the selected product from the add-on option.
• Quantity: Defines the default number of units of the selected add-on product that will be included when the offer is selected.
• Title: Defines the product title displayed to customers within the upsell offer. The merchant can customize the displayed title instead of using the original product name.
• Price: Determines how the discount will be applied to the selected add-on product. The available pricing method shown is:
  • Percentage Off: Applies a percentage-based discount to the add-on product.
  • Fixed Off: Applies a fixed monetary discount to the add-on product, such as $5 off the original price.
  • Fixed Price: Sets a specific price for the add-on product, regardless of its original price.
  • No Discount: Adds the product at its original price without applying any discount.

Other pricing methods may be available depending on the configuration.

• Discount per item: Defines the discount percentage or amount applied to each unit of the add-on product. In the screenshot, it is set to 10%.
• Label: Allows the merchant to add an additional label to the add-on product or its offer.
• Use custom image: Allows the merchant to use a custom image for the add-on instead of the product’s default image.
• Add Option: Allows the merchant to add another product option to the upsell offer.

• Styling: Allows the merchant to customize the visual appearance of the upsell add-on so it matches the storefront design.
• Color options: Provides different predefined color combinations that can be selected for the add-on’s appearance.
• Show More: Expands the styling section to display additional customization options.
• Reset: Restores the styling settings to their default configuration.

• Show sticky add to cart bar: When enabled, displays a persistent Add to Cart bar while the customer scrolls through the product page. The merchant can change the label of sticky as per need.

• Typography: Allows the merchant to customize the typography used throughout the upsell add-on.
• The section can be expanded to access additional text and font styling options.
• Reset: Restores the typography settings to their default configuration.

• The Preview panel provides a real-time view of how the upsell add-on will appear on the storefront.
• It displays the Add-on Title, such as Complementary products.
• It shows the selected add-on product along with its product image and product name.
• It displays the discounted price and the original price so customers can see the savings.

• Log in to your store. Navigate to the Product Page where the Upsell Add-On is configured. The Upsell Add-On section will be displayed on the product page.

• Select the Complementary Product checkbox to choose the upsell add-on.

• The selected complementary product will be added to the cart along with the main product.

The Free Gift Add-on allows merchants to offer one or more products as free gifts with a customer’s purchase. Merchants can define where the offer appears, how customers select their gifts, and which products are offered, while customizing the gift presentation to match their storefront.

• Gift Add-on Name: Allows the merchant to enter an internal name for identifying the free gift offer.
• Gift Add-on Title: Defines the title displayed to customers for the free gift offer, such as Free Gift Included.
• Badge: Allows the merchant to add a badge or label to highlight the free gift offer.

• Gift add-on appears on: Determines where the free gift offer will be displayed.
  • All Products: Allows the add-on to appear across all products.
  • Specific Products: Allows the add-on to appear on selected products.
  • Collections: Allows the add-on to appear on products within selected collections.

• Customers can choose among the Y items: Allows customers to select their preferred gift from the available gift options.
• Allow multiple selections: Allows customers to select multiple gift products from the available options.
• Restrict to single selection: Limits customers to selecting only one gift product.

• Customers are required to add all configured gift options to receive the free gifts.
• Preselected Items: Allows the merchant to preselect specific gift products that are automatically selected for the customer.

• Show original price: Displays the original price of the gift product to highlight that the product is being provided for free.
• Quantity selector: Allows customers to adjust the quantity of the selected free gift.
• Include add to cart button: Displays an Add to Cart button with the gift offer, allowing customers to add the selected gift to their cart.
• Let customer choose different variants for each item: Allows customers to select their preferred variant, such as size or color, for each gift product.

Gift Options: Allows the merchant to configure the products that will be offered as free gifts.

• Add Gift Option: Adds another product to the available free gift options.
• Product: Allows the merchant to select the product that will be offered as a free gift.
• Change: Allows the merchant to replace the selected gift product with another product.
• Remove: Removes the selected product from the gift offer.
• Variant: Allows the merchant to select the specific variant of the gift product that will be offered.
• Custom Title: Allows the merchant to define the title displayed for the gift product.
• Quantity: Specifies the number of the selected gift product to be provided.
• Show Label: Displays an additional label for the gift option to highlight information, such as Free Gift.

• Color Palette: Allows the merchant to customize the color scheme of the free gift offer.
• Available palettes: Provides predefined color combinations that can be selected to match the store’s branding.
• Show More: Displays additional color palette options.
• Reset: Restores the styling settings to their default configuration.

• Show sticky add to cart bar: Displays a persistent Add to Cart bar while the customer scrolls through the product page. The merchant can change the label of the sticky.

• Allows the merchant to customize the typography used throughout the free gift offer.
• The section can be expanded to access the available text styling options.
• Reset: Restores the typography settings to their default configuration.

• The Preview panel provides a real-time view of how the free gift offer will appear on the storefront.
• Changes made to the gift title, products, selection settings, quantities, and styling can be reviewed through the preview before publishing the add-on.

• Log in to your store and navigate to the Product Page where the Free Gift Add-on is configured. The Free Gift Add-on section will be displayed on the product page.

• Select the desired Free Gift from the available gift options. Click on the Add to Cart Button.

• The selected free gift will be added to the cart along with the main product.
