The Settings page allows store owners to fully customize the behavior, appearance, and functionality of the Spin Wheel. This ensures the feature aligns with your branding and boosts user engagement effectively.

Status & Activation

Enable Spin Wheel:

  • Select Active or Inactive from the dropdown to control the spin wheel visibility across your storefront.
  • When set to Active, the wheel will appear based on the behavior and triggers you’ve configured.

Content & Messaging

  • Customize the text shown on and around the wheel:

Spin Wheel Title:

  • Appears at the top of the wheel. Example: Spin & rotate.

Description Text:

  • Shown below the title to motivate users.
  • Example: Try your luck and spin the wheel for a chance to win exciting discounts and rewards!.

Spin Button Label:

  • Text displayed on the main button (e.g., Spin Now).

Floating Button Label:

  • Label for the mini-floating trigger (e.g., Spin & rotate!).

Win Message:

  • Message shown when a customer wins a reward (e.g., You won!).

Lose Message:

  • Encouraging message shown when no prize is won (e.g., Better luck next time!).

Design & Appearance

  • This section enables you to customize the visual appearance and behavior of the spin wheel on your store.

Select Theme

  • Choose a visual style for your spin wheel pop-up or slider using the dropdown list.
  • Available themes include:
  • Purple Charm
  • Dark Knight
  • Sweet Spin
  • Skyline Spin
  • Sunset Spin
  • Majestic Wheel
  • Carnival Lights
  • Golden Radiance

Note: Each theme features a unique color scheme and style to complement your store’s branding.

Display Mode

  • Select how the spin wheel should appear to users:
  • Popup – The wheel appears as a centered popup.
  • Slider – The wheel slides in from the side of the screen.

Color Settings

  • Spin Button Background Color: Set the background color of the spin button (e.g., #FF5733).
  • Spin Button Text Color: Define the text color on the spin button (e.g., #ffffff).
  • Popup/Slider Background Color: Set the background color for the entire wheel popup (e.g., #ffffff).
  • Popup/Slider Content Color: Define the color of the text content inside the popup (e.g., #f44336).
  • Floating Button Text Color: Set the color of text on the floating trigger button (e.g., #000000).
  • Floating Button Background Color: Choose the background color of the floating button (e.g., #ffffff).

Images & Layout

  • Spin Wheel Content Image: Upload an optional image to display next to the wheel — such as a logo or promotional graphic.
  • Floating Button Icon: Add a custom icon image for the floating button that triggers the spin wheel.
  • Right-to-Left Layout: Enable this to flip the wheel layout to Right-to-Left and vice versa.

Design Spin Wheel Slices & Rewards

Customize the rewards and probabilities your customers see when they spin the wheel. This section lets you define up to 40 unique slices, each with its styling and logic — available across all plans (Free, Lite, Pro, Premium).

Slice Setup Requirements

  • You must add At Least 2 Slices to activate the spin wheel.
  • A single slice is not allowed, as spinning requires multiple outcomes.
  • To add a new slice, click the Add New Slice button.
  • This will insert a new slice entry that you can configure with your desired label, reward type, and style.

Slice Label

  • The text shown on the slice.
  • Example: 100% DiscountTry Again, Free Shipping.

Reward Type

  • Select the type of reward for the slice:
  • Fixed Amount Off
  • Percent Off
  • Free Shipping
  • One More Spin
  • No Prize

Discount Amount

  • Set the discount value (for applicable reward types).
  • Example: 50% means USD 50% off.

Win Probability

  • Enter the chance of a user landing on this slice (0–100).
  • This helps you balance reward distribution.

Slice Colors

  • Customize the Text color and Background color of each slice individually, allowing you to create a wheel that visually matches your store’s brand.
  • Text Color – Color of the label.
  • Background Color – Slice background.

Behavior & Triggers

This section controls how and when the Wheel of Fortune appears to visitors, along with additional visual and interactive effects such as animations, sounds, spin settings, and scheduling options.

Exit Intent Trigger

  • Enable the Exit Intent Trigger option to display the spin wheel when a visitor moves their cursor towards closing or leaving the page.

Sound Effects

  • Enable the Sound Effects option to play sounds while the wheel spins, creating a more engaging experience.

Number of Rotations

  • Enter the number of times the wheel should spin before stopping, e.g., set it to 5 for five rotations.

Snowflake Effect

  • Enable the Snowflake Effect option to display a falling snow animation behind the wheel for a festive look.

Confetti Effect

  • Enable the Confetti Effect option to show a confetti animation when the user wins a reward.

Spin Availability Dates

  • Set the Start Date and End Date to automatically enable or disable the spin wheel during a specific period.

Enable Delay Before Spin

  • Enable this option to set a specific delay before the same user can spin the wheel again. Use the Repeat Spin Delay dropdown to choose from predefined intervals such as 1 Hour6 Hours12 Hours1 Day1 Week, or 1 Month.
  • Click the Save Settings button to apply and store all changes.
