Popup Status

Enable or disable this pop-up on your store.

  • Use the Active/Inactive dropdown to control whether the popup is visible on your storefront.
  • Use the dropdown to switch between:
  • Active: The pop-up will appear according to the targeting rules you define.
  • Inactive: The app saves the pop-up but will not display on your site.

Pro Tip: Use “Inactive” while setting up or editing your popup.

Popup Content

Headline

  • This is the Main Title of your popup.
  • It should be short, bold, and compelling to grab customer attention quickly.
  • Appears prominently at the top of the popup.
  • Example: Limited Time Offer! Free Shipping Today Only!

Message

  • The core content or offer you want to communicate to your visitors.
  • Ideal for:
  • Announcing promotions or sales
  • Sharing shipping updates
  • Providing disclaimers or important store notices

Keep it clear and concise, ideally 1–3 short sentences.

Primary Button Label

  • This is the main call-to-action (CTA) on the popup.
  • Use strong action-oriented words to encourage clicks.
  • Examples: Shop NowSubscribeView OfferLearn More

 Secondary Button Label (Optional)

  • This button allows users to Dismiss or Skip the popup.
  • It’s optional and useful if you want to provide a No Thanks or Maybe Later type of exit.
  • Helps improve user experience by giving visitors control.
  • Examples: No ThanksDismissCloseNot Now.

Popup Image

  • Add a visual element to make your popup more attractive and engaging.
  • Upload an image such as a banner, product photo, icon, or themed artwork.
  • Best practices:
  • Use Square or Banner-Style images for optimal display.
  • Ensure the image is Relevant to your message (e.g., product shot for promotions).
  • Keep file sizes optimized for fast loading.

Targeting Rules

This section allows you to define when and where your popup appears, as well as which products or collections it should target. Use these settings to show the popup only at relevant moments to the right audience.

Where to Display the Popup

Choose the specific event or location that triggers your popup:

  • Site Wide

Show the popup across your entire website. Ideal for global announcements, shipping notices, or major sales.

  • Buy Now

Trigger the popup when a customer clicks a “Buy Now” button. Useful for immediate offers or last-minute alerts.

  • Add to Cart

Show the popup after a customer adds an item to their cart. Great for upselling, disclaimers, or cart-related promotions.

  • Maintenance

Display a popup while your site or certain pages are under maintenance. Use it to notify users of downtime or upcoming changes.

(Requires Pro plan)

  • Product Page (Pro)

Show the popup on specific product pages. Perfect for item-specific promotions, terms, or notices.

  • Exit Intent (Pro)

Display a popup when the system detects the user is about to leave the site. Ideal for recovering lost sales or offering last-chance deals.

Target By

Choose how to narrow down your popup’s appearance based on product or collection:

  • Product

Manually select specific products where the popup should appear.

  • Collections (optional in some cases)

Target entire product collections instead of individual items (if available).

Select Products

This field allows you to Manually Choose Specific Products where the popup will be shown.

  • Type the product name to search from your store’s product catalog.
  • Select one or more products you want to target.
  • The popup will only appear on the selected product(s), depending on the trigger you’ve chosen (e.g., Add to Cart or Product Page).
