Using Issue Context in Advanced Checklist

  • To view and update the progress of the advanced checklist, open a Jira ticket where the advanced checklist is enabled.
  • Locate Advanced Checklist on the right-hand side of the ticket interface and expand the option.

The Advanced Checklist tab displays the progress of the checklist based on changes made in the issue panel. The following details can be viewed in the Checklist Progress:

  • Progress: Displays completed tasks vs. total tasks.
  • Overdue Tasks: Number of overdue items in the checklist.
  • Upcoming Deadline: Shows the nearest upcoming due date (if assigned).
  • Checklist Count: Total tasks within the checklist.
  • Tasks Assigned to Me: Tasks specifically assigned to you in the checklist.
  • Use the Refresh button to manually update the progress bar. Alternatively, the progress bar updates automatically when the Jira issue is refreshed.
  • The latest progress will appear on the Checklist Progress.
